Positive And Negative Impact on Automation

According to figure 2, most of participants which they 71 think automation has positively impact. While, 19 of responders think automations has negatively impact. Finally, 10 of responders think it has no impact. Figure 2 shows the number of perceptions of responders about the effects of automation. About 52 thinks that automation causes for eliminate many jobs. Followed by causing laziness for people and affect human mental chosen by 57and 37 of participants, Respectively. Then come creating many jobs chosen by 69 of responders. Before last 46 participants think automation makes life easier.

How can we deal with the negative impacts of automation? According to figure 4, about 75 of responders thinks creating a new job that will improve the automation as a solution for negative impacts. Followed by, decreasing using automation as a solution of negative impacts of automation chosen by 38 of responders.

DISCUSSION

This study measures the extent of relationship between automation and the Saudi job market. In general, back to findings we find most people in Saudi Arabia believe that automation has impacts on the job market.

Most people believe that automation has positively impacts and others believe that automation has negatively impacts. This positively impacts are as follows:

2. Automation Increase career opportunities and the negatively impacts are as follows:
3. Automation causes laziness for people.
4. Automation affect human mental.
5.  Automation eliminate many jobs.

in this section of my research I will make a discussion of solutions about the negatively impacts. In fact, automation can not be causes laziness for people. Chanchal G. These automations have increased the time and energy left at our disposal to work on other activities and things that we find interesting, fulfilling and enriching. Other than that, I think being lazy or not, is more regarding a person’s nature. It has nothing to do with automations. It’s up to a person how wisely he/she uses such privileges. The main problem in my opinion is automation will cause for eliminate many jobs. Technical progress will result in the elimination of many jobs in 2030 in Saudi Arabia and the rate of jobs that will be automated is about 41%. It right that automation will eliminate and take most of human jobs but in fact it creates many jobs. Maybe more than eliminate it. For example, there are a new term in technology. This term is artificial intelligence (AI). AI contribute to create many jobs. There is an article titled ‘Artificial Intelligence to Create 58M New Jobs By 2020’. Machines and algorithms in the workplace are expected to create 133 million new roles, but cause 75 million jobs to be displaced by 2022 according to a new report from the World Economic Forum (WEF) called “The Future of Jobs 2018.” This means that the growth of artificial intelligence could create 58 million net new jobs in the next few years.

In your opinion who will repair these machines? human will do that. Also, the economy will growth and human life will become easier and better. Automation could destroy as many as 73 million U.S. jobs by 2030, but economic growth, rising productivity and other forces could more than offset the losses, according to a new report by. How can we deal with the negative impacts of automation? Everything in our life have positives and negatives. We cannot stop using automation because of its negatives without looking for its positives. We must know that automation has positives more than negatives. So, if we take its positives and improve it that will be a strong weapon. This weapon can grow our economy and create many jobs in Saudi Arabia. So, the solution in my opinion is to create new jobs that stand to improve automation to make it better and try to convert cons to pros.

CONCLUSION

During last year’s automation was developed and grew quickly. The aim of this research paper came to measures the extent of relationship between automation and the Saudi job market. Also, to know what the positives and negatives of automation on the Saudi job market are. The aspects of automation increase year by year. The government can use automation to create many jobs and support the economy. There is a whole number of people who don’t know what is the mean of automation.
