My Favorite Architectural Wonder of All Time

Topics: America

Of all of these architects, the one that most likely has the greatest impact on today’s society would more than likely be the Eiffel Tower. The other selections are impactful, but primarily only to the United States Whereas, the Eiffel tower is recognized in pretty much every country. This beautifully crafted architecture is a very romantic symbol, I know many of my relatives who have had the luxury of visiting it Although the buildings in Washington may be more powerful and so forth, many of us do not recognize them off the bat, However, that is the complete opposite of the Eiffel tower, a building that I can only hope to visit someday.

The Eiffel tower holds the spot for most impactful architecture in today’s society, for the simple reason that it will always be noted as one of the best structures created The most dramatic of these would most likely be Mt. Vernon (George Washington’s home), This architecture is very striking, especially when one goes through the tour.

At first, it does not appear to be that dramatic from the outside, however, after seeing the inside, one’s mind surely changes.

Even for it to be called a mansion is somewhat surprising because many of us have seen way larger and more elegant mansions in our times. I remember when I visited Florida I had the luxury of doing one of those helicopter tours over the islands. One of the mansions was that of a big deal Pharmacist and it was unlike anything I had ever seen before.

An entire island was dedicated to his property 50, although George Washington‘s mansion is quite beautiful, it is relatively small to what many of us are used to seeing, However, nonetheless, during his time, it was more than likely the key property I feel that the inside, however, does it much more justice. Amongst the other pieces, it is relatively more dramatic in my opinion, As I said previously, the drama is not necessarily externally, however, more so located within its doors.

I feel that the cellar was the most dramatic of all the rooms as well. With its numerous engravings and other alluring components. The most mysterious architectures of the bunch would be the various architectures of Washington, DC, I say this because many of these buildings were that of former presidents and important individuals, For example, in the video we saw the Jefferson Memorial, which was a tribute to the third president of the United States I feel that many of these buildings have a lot of mystery to them because audiences such as myself do not know much about them, Although I have visited Washington numerous times, I have never really gone on any informative types of tours. I simply walked past such buildings but was never granted the opportunity to learn about them. I feel that these sites mentioned in the video are extremely important and informative as well, Even after educating oneself on the facts behind them, there is more than likely information that will never be revealed.

I think that amongst the other videos, this will certainly come in first for being most mysterious, If I had the choice to live by any of these, I would certainly choose the Eiffel tower, I would not even have to contemplate on this because I know immediately I would choose this site. When I was younger my aunt and uncle went to Paris to see this tower and they brought back several photos and stories. From that day on I knew I wanted to visit the Eiffel tower. It encompasses such beauty and romance! I think that everyone should get to view its beauty at least once in their lifetime. Not only is this architecture beautiful, but so is the country it is located in as well. I think that going to Paris is truly a dream of everyone’s As I said above, also, I have also visited many of the Washington DC, sites already since I am living in the US, So, I would love to move and be near something different. I think Paris is a peaceful and lovely land and if granted the opportunity, I would surely move there in a heartbeat.

If I had the choice to explain one of these architectures importance to a friend, it would more than likely be the Washington DC. sites. I feel that amongst the others, these are more than likely the most important of the bunch. Many of these architectures have specific functions or purposes which make them easier to explain. Not to mention, that many were significant to the former presidents which only increases their importance as well. However, I would be selective with which friend to explain such importance to. I feel that someone who has not visited or lived in the United States would value these explanations more That is, because they more than likely have not learned anything about them, so they would be extra curious. Whereas, someone who has visited these sites would not be as interested or intrigued by learning more about them Even though, it is probably more important for those studying in the United States to learn of their purpose, I don’t think many of my school friends would see the value.

Not to mention, in the video there were a lot of sites mentioned, so it would take a lot of time explaining the importance to all of them, although I do feel it is right. Although, even I would also have to learn of their importance first so that I can explain, Even though, I would still choose the sites located in Washington DC. to explain. Of all the architecture listed, the last choice to explain to one of my friends would probably be the Eiffel tower. Although, it is certainly my favorite and the most impactful on todays society, I feel that my friends are already well aware of it as well as the importance of it. I would choose to spend my time explaining something new to them, something that would change their minds. It would be somewhat stupid of me to offer information to them that is already known That is why , I would choose the Eiffel tower last, even though amongst all of the choices it is my favorite.
