The peer reviewer gains so much from this activity. This activity is a way for the reviewer to see the way other students write.
I enjoy reading others student’s papers, especially when we picked the same topic. Seeing what ideas the other student came up with that I never even thought to nclude! What are some drawbacks to peer reviewing? Some of the drawbacks to peer reviewing are that the reviewer might find it hard to critique the way they need to. It is sometimes hard to be honest if someone thinks they may upset or offend the writer. What other methods can you use to provide effective peer feedback? Other methods that can be used to provide effective peer feedback would be having a family member or friend proof read or submitting your paper to WritePoint.
