Bilingual Education is a complex topic, because after researching about it, I found out that having a second language has great affect in many learning linguistic children in America. A Bilingual person is someone who can speak two languages. After all, around two—thirds of the world’s population are bilingual. Most of the time, some bilingual can read, write, listen and speak both languages. However, in some cases, someone bilingual can be fluent in one language, which could be dominant; and less fluent in the other language, but it is possible to change over time.

It is common that most bilinguals use both of their languages on a daily or frequent basis. Additionally, being capable to communicate in English very well in our daily lives has a result in the upcoming future professional careers.

How we talk is a significance part in what position we might be placed. Maintaining a monolingual can be a better chance of improving to enhance English correctly throughout time.

An individual’s different habit of speaking both languages are sometimes used for different purposes, such as one is used at home and the other at school. Bilinguals learn another language to effectively function because of their circumstances, such as like immigrants their first language is unnecessary to meet their educational, political, and employment requirements, and the communicative needs of the society in which they are placed. Most of the people, switch their language to interact with an appropriate way to communicate with one another. Therefore, bilinguals must operate in the majority language society that surrounds them.
