Introduction

Seventeen years after starting my career in the automotive industry, I bought my own car dealership. I have been in business for fourteen years.

Leadership is the lifestyle of a business owner. Mastering behavior and persuasion is not only a good skill. To be competitive, you must constantly develop new strategies. It’s amazing how contexts change the way you sell, negotiate, and present your business. Yesterday’s strategies would never work today.

I am a thirty year old member of the Virginia Army National Guard registration. I am currently the Commandant of the 197th Regiment (Regional Training Range) at Camp Dawson in Kingwood, West Virginia.
