These elements have to be well organized and create a better environment for organizational development, I have learnt than being competent as a manager is critical in developing effective organizational strategies and policies that reflect the business focus within organizational environment, Managers and leaders need to be bold and make informed decision while involving different players in order to ensure that the decision that is made is well integrated into business development with much ease.

I have learnt that employees form the backbone of an organization, This means that there is need to develop an effective understanding under which it is important to ensure that they are informed of various development measures within organizational environments.

Employees can ensure that an organization is successful when they are working in a conducive environment. They can also limit organizational development based on the underlying operational environment and organizational culture that has been put in place (Armstrong 8: Taylor, 2014) I have also learnt that leaders must have respect for everyone within their organizational settings Respect involves appreciating the role that is played by others and ensure that they are positively engaged where they can be able to perform their duties effectively When there is respect within an organizational environment, it allows for development of better ideas that can improve organizational performance and achieve the highlighted objectives
