Employability is shoe employee achievements, understanding and employee attributes that will help employee to gain success (Benson, Morgan and Filippaios, 2014). The skill is identified employee are ability to do work in the organisation and he is gain success. Employability skill are employee qualities and attitude for there work. In the employability skill I have skill to gain success to complete work an innovative idea. My skill and attitude help organisation to achieve goal and objective.

In the organisation goal and objective achievement I am good in the communication skill. I have to easy convenience any employee for there work. I am tried to motive company employee for good work performance. The good communication skill help organisation to attract customer for use there services. The company also want ability to explain and clear concise way for the customer invite.

Recruit any graduate that time company think that employee have some skill are developed so the company have to good for the select that employee. I am also good in the problem solving and find alternative. That will help company for the taking decision and solve company problem. In the company environment employee create problem for the work relate, technical and other problem. The company make want to make future strategy and future gain creditability for searching new employee and make employment opportunities. The company employee want to make and develop company strategy for the making self motivation.

I am good in the team work that will help to complete task easily and less of time (Collet, Hine and du Plessis, 2015).

The team work improve working ability, discipline, and accomplice task and goal. The team work skill motive for work, working environments and achieve company task or goal. When I do work in the team that will give motivation and creative idea to complete task in creativity. But I am not easily to adobe any change in the working condition, working environment and roles and regulation. That time I am face may problem, difficulty to complete work. The working environment changes create problem and condition for the work. But I am good to complete work in the pressure and try to complete work at deadline. When company give pressure for the complete work that time the company have tried to my best for achieve company objective and goal. The company have make opportunities for the skilled employee. The company has many employees that are demonstrative the work and not satisfied company working condition. The company creates new strategy and planning for the company development. The company development is the help to achieve company objective goal and target. The company give training for develop employee skill.

The employee skill and development help company. I have many weaknesses that will be make loss for the company so the company try to develop this skill. In this skill are not easy to adopt change working environment, I have less of professionalise for the work, I am full dedicated for the work so there that will be crate some time problem. I am aggressive. That skill are created some problem and make complicated condition. So the company make strategy and plan for improve that skill ability (Deeley, 2014). The company have to plan give training employee according to there skill, so the skill develop and that will be help to increase company employee working condition. I have many skills that will be help achieve goal. The employability is defined employee skill and attitude. Soft skill are the ability of the employee that will be flexible for the employee ability and working power. When employee develop there ability and skill according to company environment and demand that time the company give employee training, arrange conferences and company give opportunities to develop company skill.

In the company environment I will try to develop new skill ability for the completing work. In the company organisational skill make plan, target, give deadline and monitoring process. In that skill I have faced some issue. Because the company want to meed there target so the company have to reach objective.

My communication skill is very strong, I can coordinate with others well. This skills of mine always help me in gaining knowledge. As people those who live around me have good knowledge. Through communication I can easily gather knowledge and experience of therm. This is always helpful in resolving problem soon and evaluating situation well. Employer always tries to hire such candidates that have good interaction skills. If the person is able to coordinate in business unit effectively then it helps in minimising confusions and avoiding conflicts as well. I While hiring employees, human resource department of company always seen that whether candidate is able to speak and interact with others or not. If the person is unable to coordinate well then there is chance that person may not feel comfortable in the organisation. In such condition individual may leave the job soon. But as I have good communication skill then I would be able to interact with others well and developing healthy relationship with them. This communication skill of mine will help me in gaining more employment opportunities.

Whenever employer recruit the indicate for the post of manager then they look managerial skill in the person. A manager is responsible for managing people well. Individual has to interact with employees and have to identify needs of them (Hanapi and et.al., 2018). This always support employer in handling the people well and creating healthy workplace culture. If the person does not have effective managerial skills then individual will not be able to perform its duties well. This may increase skill of conflicts. People like to stay in the firm where culture is good, managers are responsible for creating healthy workplace culture through making managerial decision. This skill of mine may support me in gaining more employment opportunities and creating good impression in front of employer.

Employer looks at the team working skills of person while recruiting them in business for particular post. Business is divided into sub departments and in these departments various team work. All team members are responsible for supporting each other. If person is unable to work in team well then it might create conflict situation because individual will not be able to get adjusted in team (Benson, Morgan and Filippaios, 2014). My team working skill is good. I can work in big team easily. I can also build healthy bonding with team members. But I think that I need to work more on it because employer always hire people for the post of manager who can handle the big team.

Planning and organising skill of mine is poor, I can not schedule activities properly. Some times this planning issues create problem for me in managing multiple tasks at single time effectively. Employer gives promotion chances to such applicant for the post of manager who have good planning and organising skills. Higher authorities or management people are required to plan for the growth of business unit and have to organise activities properly so that overall organisational goal can be accomplished. As my planning and organising skills are not good then it may create issue for me in gaining employment opportunities in the future. Otherwise employer will not select me for the post of manager (Collet, Hine and du Plessis, 2015). My aim is to work in marketing department of leading retail firm at manager post. But for working at this post it is very important for me to develop planning and organising skill within me. For that I would have to take guidance of seniors and will have to attend seminars. This would help me in gaining more employment opportunities in the future., I would be able to accomplish my career goal.

Multiple task handling and problem solving skill of mine is average. I face so difficulty when I have to complete multiple works in a single day (Deeley, 2014). Employer always hires such candidates those who are multitalented and can work in different departments easily. Business owner always like to recruit such people those who can resolve problems soon. I need to develop multitasking ability within me so that I can gain more employment opportunities. Employability skills which I need to develop in the future to gain credibility in search of employment opportunities are decision making and critical analysis. At present, my decision making skill is not good and I used to get panic in complex situations that demand immediate judgements to be made. This is the reason; I need to improve this skill so that at the time when I will be working in an organisation, I would be able to easily handle complex situations like handling many tasks at a time, to complete a specific task or if any conflict would arise. For the same, I need to take various measures like by just not focusing on the single positive or negative frame and understanding the other options too, I can improve my decision making skill (Petty, 2018). Further, with the help of being careful to allow my emotions to influence my decisions unduly, my decision making can be improved as most of the times I become unable to take decision just because my emotions overruled me.

Apart from that, for improving this skill of mine, I will read relevant books and solve the case studies as well. Moreover, by making a list of alternatives to reach at a decision and evaluating the costs and benefits of each option, I will be able to make a suitable judgement as the one having maximum benefits for organisation with minimum costs will be selected by me. In addition to these ways, I will also make efforts to reframe the problem and make evidence based decisions so that the reason behind same can be easily understood. While working in organisation, I would be taking the opinions of others too including superiors, colleagues and subordinates to deal with specific problem and based on same, I will make a suitable decision for the good of company. Last but not the least; by letting go of my past mistakes and learning from prior decisions, I will keep improving my decision making skill.

Apart from decision making, my critical analysis skill is also not good and there is high need to improve the same so that I can perform my tasks well after getting a job in an organisation. To grab a great employment opportunity and perform my allotted tasks with efficiency, it is crucial for me to have this skill. In order to improve this skill, first I will come to know that what exactly I want and will deal with the biases. However, there might occur many consequences associated with the situation I will select with which I will have to deal well. While evaluating options, I will consider the one that would be having the maximum benefits with minimum negative effects (Reed, 2018). By attending some seminars, conferences and workshops, I will try to improve critical thinking of mine so that after getting hired in a reputed organisation, I will be able to justify my roles and responsibilities. Reading books and solving case studies would also help me to improve my critical analysis.

However, to solve a case, first I will thoroughly evaluate the situation, will check the problem from all angles to understand it thoroughly and after that, I will focus on the best possible outcomes. This will prove to be highly effective to improve my critical analysis skill. Along with that, I will attend seminars in the college where there are open discussion. I will invite the questions and try my level best to answer all with justification after making proper analysis. For the purpose of improving my critical analysis skill, I will try to waste no time and would learn something new every day so that with using same, I would be able to grab the best employment opportunity for myself where I can explore my knowledge and existing skills.

Conclusion

From the above study it is analysed that employer like to hire talented people in business unit those who can contribute well in achieving the business goal. They don’t recruit such people those who are unable to communication, resolve problem or unable to plan. If employee develops decision making skill and critical thinking ability then this would be beneficial in order to gain more employment opportunities.
