In the past years, many sports have been added and removed from the Summer Olympics due to the demand for new sports. And in the past few years, we have had a few great sports such as Mountain jumping and Kangaroo Boxing that are now a part of the Olympics, But the people still want more. So, let me introduce you to the Dolphin dive.

The dolphin dive is unlike many swimming sports because it evolves racing against a live animal and another human, think of it as track but instead with an animal.

Now, this may sound odd but let me break it down for you. In the pool there are the competitors who will each be going against the dolphin; they will be able to use any swimming style they wish as long as they are in the pool racing the dolphin. But the main point is to be able to beat the time that their competitor set.

So, if they do by chance are able to beat the dolphin they will be moved up to the finals. Where they will go against the other competitors who made it.

There could be many benefits to adding the Dolphin Dive to the Summer Olympics such as, because the Dolphin dive is a blend of both swimming and track the Summer Olympics might not need to be repeatedly Removing and adding sports because of Public demand. The public always wants to have more than we can deliver, so having a sport that is a mixture of multiple sports could end up being a crowd pleaser this year.
