The Grange Family enjoys eating together as a family whenever they can. But an issue for them is the health problems of each of the individual family members, and being able to prepare one dish that is applicable and satisfying to each individual needs. The goal is to prepare a budget family meal that all four family members can enjoy, and consult and make subjections to each member on ways to improve there health and live with such health issues that some family members might have to face in the near future.
Each member of the family is different, and thus too is there food requirements, but you are not wanting to prepare 4 different meals, so it is required that we prepare a dish that all members are able to involve in. The issues of main interest in the Grange family where: Jill: Over weight and busy schedule Peter: Minot Heart Attack at 40 years old ‘Lachie: Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Lactose Intolerance.
When you are overweight, you will want to go on a weight reduction diet, this requires that you would Decrease Fat intake, Decrease Sugar Intake, Increase the intake of Fruit, Vegetables, Bread and Cereal (preferably wholegrain) and limit your intake of Alcohol. If you are found to be overweight a balanced diet and an active lifestyle are the key ways to balance out your weight. When you are gorng on aweight reduction diet, one thing that is needed to be remembered is that it needs to be a life style change and not a fad diet that will make it able to loose allot of weight fast, but not be able to stay off.

I chose to prepare as the main course the Thai Chicken Salad and as the Desert a Tropical Touch Parfait. Both 01 these dishes Will be able to be prepared in the allocated time span and both follow the medical problems that the family needs to abide by while preparing a meal. They are both not only healthy dishes but one that all wrll enjoy and Will be able to prepare them sells in the future. Because of the types of dishes they can be eaten on a regular basis With a change of meat or dressrng to make it more of a variety and to suit your taste and preference pressure.
