The answer to the question is One of the meanings of Quranic word “qalb” (heart) is ‘wisdom’, and one of the meanings of the Arabic word “Sadr” (chest) in the Quran is ‘the quintessence of nature of man.

Furthermore, the heart is the representation of man’s loves, and each time something of loves, which is often the source of movement, seems in the soul of man, its first consequence, effects on his very bodily heart; the beat of the heart changes, the blood reaches all parts and units of the body which gives it a new happiness and supremacy. So, when the divine attitudes are accredited to the heart, it is because their first room of presence in the man’s body is his heart. It is exciting that in the above stated verse, all man’s observations have been accredited to the heart (understanding) and ears.
