Due to popular demand, here is a list of equations that might come in handy.
Speed = Distance/ Time
This equation is most useful for calculating average speed of an object. Measured in m/s.
Great for calculating the Weight of an object. Measured in “Newtons”. Can be written W=m x g.
Measured in m/s²
F = ma
Newtons Second Law, F= ma, where F = force, m = mass, and a= acceleration.
Measured in Newtons.
KE = ½ mv2
KE = Kinetic Energy m = mass v = velocity
Measured in Joules.
PE = mgh
PE = Gravitational Potential Energy, m = mass, g= gravitational force, h = height
Measured in Joules.
