Developing Your Professional Skills

My journey started at Lingayas College, Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), where I did my bachelor’s and graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering. I am aspiring to join Royal Roads University (RRU), Victoria, BC, Canada, to pursue a Masters in Global Business Management Program in September the year 2020. I have experience of seven years from Impetus Technologies and currently at Shivalik Overseas at the position of a Software developer in both. The current world is much competitive, and success is only realistic to individuals with a desire for knowledge.

Successful individuals should be willing to work under minimal supervision to achieve the set goals within the specified period.

The essence of accepting these virtues has helped me in developing research, critical thinking, and numeracy skills that have made my success possible in the program. My aspiration to enroll in ‘Masters of Global Business Management’ is to develop my managerial capabilities due to exposure in transnational Business, and I believe I will be able to embrace globalization with critical skills efficient in solving different problems.

My enrolment to Masters in Global Business Management will benefit me in diverse professional fields with critical thinking, helping me in changing society to a better place through advocating for better choices in life.

Students at Masters Level get their knowledge from diverse aspects that include experiences from the outside world, Instructors, and learning from other colleagues. I have participated in sports and other extracurricular activities in my entire schooling life. The results have been positive where we could exchange knowledge with other colleagues impacting our lives differently and emulating a new way of life.

I had an opportunity to lead two hundred students in Eighth grade, and it helped in shaping different professional skills that include Time Management, Decision Making, and Setting goals. I developed my professional skills and helped my team in emerging winners in the competitions held annually. My leadership skills have also been helpful to Impetus Technologies and Shivalik Overseas, where I consolidated members towards achieving a common goal that aims at achieving organizational goals. I have learned different skills throughout my life, and I believe I can help other students in the program by leading them towards achieving their personal and school goals.

I will work towards helping my colleagues in improving their work performance by making amicable decisions in life. I retain the dedication to the standards of integrity and personal responsibility. I believe in hardworking, and I perceive leading as a privilege. Bearing such qualifications, I wish to excel in the Masters of Global Management program. I trust my commitment, patience, and struggle necessary for graduate studies. I dedicate myself as a cautious individual who is motivated to study and who is passionate about being involved in both curricular and extracurricular activities. It’s my admiration that my learning form and strengths proportionate myself as a good student for the program and a successful person in the carrier.
