Hester Prynne was very upset, that small town she lived in and was unknown to her already knew about what have happened between her and Arthur. Roger also found out about it even when he was so far away, because rumors travel really fast over the internet, but that wasn’tjust a rumor it was the truth. Her tummy was already showing and all of the people would stare at her, they knew she had a boyfriend back in her home town.

She grew to be an outcast. not only she had come from outside and she was trying to fit in. but with everything that had happened people saw her in a different People saw her different not because of what she did but because she made it be so public.

Hester told Roger about what she did but it was too late. because Roger already knew about that. Hester stopped having contact with Roger, although he was always aware of what was going on between them through the internet.

Roger was hurt so he decided to go where Hester was living without telling her. He met Arthur who was also changing he would never go out from his room or house: he was not talking to anyone through any social network as he used to. and he wasn’t seeing Hester anymore. But somehow, Roger found a way to become a friend of Arthur, he gained Arthur‘s trust and we could say Roger was brainwashing Arthur. Arthur was now a negative person just because of Roger, and the worst part was that Hester had no idea.
