Primarily, ethics and morals are a fundamental part of a societys culture and as a human resource manager for my local hospital here in Massachusetts I have always dealt with ethical issues and dilemmas as they come up in my own personal life and my experiences are that I know it is hard but foremost, because I have a caring heart I pride myself on looking out for the welfare of people outside of myself.
My three main components that help to form my Christian Worldview are ethics, God, and morals. Another main component is that I strive to live ethically because I want to please God and lead others by my example.
My worldview is composed from being a Christian and things I have experienced in my life like I couldn’t drive, having a brother and my parents who were alcoholics, getting rides from other’s because I was living in an area that others cannot pick me up for church or other places. My worldview as a Christian ethics and morals I must live according to the rules of society, my responsibility for the fulfillment of an acquired commitment and the fact of responding for my actions. As a Christian my morals and my ethics I need to evaluate answers to complex questions about how I might choose the best action in an ethically diplomatic situation, given their motivations and the purpose they see for their life. As to ethics and morals in my Christian worldview, I must emphasize that I must have goodness, God-awareness, righteousness, and patience. Living a Christian worldview is not easy, but as a Christian my ethics and moral living involve a Christian stewardship of everything in life, which depends on time, abilities, knowledge, and relationships.
As a Christian ethics inquires knowing what is right and wrong at all, and how ethical views are grounded, and as a Christian I believe that my sense of right and wrong, and my ability to do my best ethically and morally. Finally, I must have an attitude of gratitude to God, simply knowing what is right and acknowledge my dependence on Him and live my life based on attitude and follow the ethical principles.
