Video games can be interesting but also some people become addicted. People who get addicted to video games often they develop poor sleep habits. Not getting enough sleep can gain weight, cause thinking issues also developing less sleep for several nights it could cause mental issues, become difficult to concentrate and make decisions. This is what happen when a person stays wake and play games for all night. Playing game is fun but playing games for more than it should be it could cause problems in life, i think while you play games take break for 20 minutes and eat good and healthy food, do daily exercises and play games 2 hours or 3 hours a day or less then it, spend time with your family and friends socialize with them in real life. Gaming is like gambling; makes you stay at home whole day. You will lose interest in other things in life.
As long as you make time for other things and do things on time, its okay to play on your free times.
