Flipping houses has become more and more common in our generation. I also think that flipping houses is a taste of the future. Although flipping houses entered the world in the early 2000’s it wasn’t as popular. But in recent times flipping houses has sky rocked, especially in this year. There are even TV shows; on HGTV. Called flip or flop that show the process of flipping houses. And how they enjoy want they do all day every day. The millennials of our generation are interested in these television show that promotes flipping houses themselves. It is an alternative approach in the real estate world. Sooner or later people like me are going to be willing to try to flip houses themselves.

Renovating a home is never easy. It Can be hard, but is effective when flipping certain homes. Expert flippers say that doing it themselves is the most efficient way to get to a real feel for the real estate world. And choosing the right location is key for success in selling the house quickly. An article that I found by Tierra Grande stated that there was a substantial increase in flipping through the second quarter of 2014 in certain areas of the country. During first quarter 2014, Dallas and Houston flip were up 28 percent and 29 percent, respectively, according to Realty Trac. Flipping is typically assumed to have taken place when houses are sold less than a year after they are purchased I found this fact interesting. But I can state that the process of flipping houses has been all over Texas not just in Dallas, and Houston.

In conclusion, flipping houses has never been the thing to do. Until it was introduced to us in 2014. Now days, flipping houses have taken a detour in our generation. It is so common nowadays that they created multiple television shows. And even have dedicated magazines and articles about the process of house flipping. This change has affected the real estate world as we know it. This is our future, buying then renovating then sell this house quickly. Besides, it is a cheaper way to do things themselves. It’s cheaper and may even be more efficient. Depending on how one goes about doing the job. It might not make you rich, but the seller will pocket a nice amount of money.
