The Legend Of Ishgar

Once upon a time, three friends named Ethan, Chris, and Alice lived in a small village called “Ishtar”. Ethan and Chris always go to the forest in order to cut down “The Demon Tree” a huge tree that has 5 meters of diameter and an outstanding 24 meters of height, standing four times higher than “The bell tower of Ishtar”, the tallest building in the village people call it “The Demon Tree” because it blocked the way to the forest and also absorbed all the sunlight and minerals around the area and the farmers couldn’t cultivate there because of it.

Ethan and Chris families had been cutting down the tree for generations but never succeeded, so Ethan and Chris made a promise together that one day they will accomplish their families wish and try cut down the tree every day so one day farmers could cultivate in that huge area and all the people in the village could have what to eat.

They also have a friend called Alice which is the village chief daughter she always brings them lunch and they all had fun in the forest. Days after Ethan and Chris were so tired from cutting down the tree and they said that three generations had passed and they’ve been cutting down the tree every day and they’ve only managed to make a small breach in the tree so how could they possibly cut it down, Alice tried to help them out but she couldn’t even carry the ax, and after seeing them all falling into despair she told them about a famous Fairy Tail of the village called “The Legend of Ishtar”, She said that long time ago a man named Yggdrasil (The Founder of the village) saw a chunk of ice floating in the river during the summer.

In amazement, Yggdrasil walked along the river in order to found the source of the ice. As he continued to follow the river, he arrived to the “Ragnarök Mountains” and found a huge cave. After entering the cave and various other dangers, he found a huge white dragon, all his surroundings were full of ice. The dragon was sleeping on an incalculable amount of treasure and he also saw next to him a beautiful long sword which was rumored to be magical and can through everything, Yggdrasil wanted to take the sword no matter what and as soon as he touched it the dragon awakens, Yggdrasil terrorized with fear put the sword down and run as fast he can.

Ethan and Chris were amazed by the story and they were that this sword is the only way for them to cut down the “Demon tree”, so they decided to go to the “Ragnarök Mountains” in order to get the sword. As they were running in the cave they felt like it getting colder and colder, and after a while the kids finally arrived at the main hall of the cave and they were surprised by the huge amount of ice, as they walk in they’ve only found the dragon bones and lots of gold they were looking for the sword but they couldn’t found it, Alice was looking underneath the dragon’s as she sees something glowing she tried to pull it out and it was too heavy, then Ethan.

Chris joined in and they’ve managed to pull it and they were surprised to see that it was the mythical sword everyone was fulfilled with joy and as they wanted to take some treasure with them, all of a sudden an earthquake hit the ground and the cave started falling apart, they left the treasure and Ethan took the sword, they rushed to the cave opening but everything started falling apart too quickly and a huge rock was about to fall on Alice but Chris pushed Alice away and the rock crushed him, Alice was shocked and unable to move, Ethan full of tears grabbed on his back and started running until he reached the end of the cave. Years after Ethan successfully cut down the tree with the magical sword and fulfilled his duty, the whole village considers him as a hero now. He also got married with Alice and they live a happy life.
