Should We Go to Mars

With the Moon, the deepest depths of the sea’s, and our world mostly discovered, what else is there in the ever-growing adaptation of human understanding? That’s where Mars comes in. The one of two neighboring planets that currently orbit us, or the Red planet. It only has it been in the American mind since the early 60’s, but it is the only non-earth planet that we could theoretically discover without being melted. However, the question remains, should we, discover Mars? The short answer Absolutely not.

It has also endorsed by Hollywood in a way, being featured in all forms of media, including movies, books, comics, games, and much more. However, this does not mean that in any way, shape, or form that we should put the Red Planet as a priority above exploration of our own planet. This would not only mean that we should, and would cut all funds for mars exploration, but development of the known area of mars.

With the idea of all future exploration of mars becoming null with this necessary act.

One of the many other problems with the continuous exploration of mars is the lack of reasoning to go there, other than the extension of our knowledge toward our neighboring planet. With this in mind, we should keep it in very high regards of the amount of more important tasks that are not only yet to be achieved, but much easier, with the added benefit of a more budget happy mission. With the continued exploration of the oceans, and the otherwise disregarded animal species and scientific anomaly’s that may benefit our race to a degree that is almost incomparable to that of the reassurance that non-earth rocks still exist.

With the inclusion of these ideals however, it is still very important to acknowledge the importance of said topic, with space in general being a heavily invested in area for us, and we seem to want to continue to explore it. However, that does not change the fact that we should invest in it somewhat, with certain fields that would be developed within the exploration of space specifically being very useful in some cases. However, it is still going to be very well known factually that we do not whatsoever need to explore mars for our own needs. With most of the reasons for us going to mars, are just missions to continue discovering a planet that’s close for the sake of doing so.

In conclusion however, it is a very self-harmful idea to explore mars, and can and will result in disaster, regret, tragedy, and a waste of resources, time, and Money. With there being no specific need or goal by going to mars that would benefit us, with our only purpose for going there being to boost our own ego and discover something that doesn’t exist.
