The manager should communicate with the exporters of the goods until they receive and confirm to them that goods have been received and in good condition. Once the goods arrive the manager should first count to ensure that the quantity and quality are as specified in the invoice. This should be done before the goods are removed from their specific packages. To ensure it is not tempered with if they are of wrong quality or are not the ones ordered. The products should be immediately sent back to their respective producers for exchange with the appropriate products.
