There are 1440 minutes in every day. Nowadays every minute counts, no one knows that better than the Penn state volleyball team. Between school friends and volleyball they still have enough time to support other Penn state teams. The only way to handle all these obstacles is by managing their time the best they can. They accomplished this by using the 5c process. The major challenge for the Penn State volleyball team is to manage their time. This is pretty difficult considering that volleyball season is only for volleyball and not for other things.

As stated in while, in off-season, they still have a little bit of more time for personal stuff, however, it is not that much of a difference compared to when the volleyball season starts. Another one of their challenges is to handle their personal life, which can get pretty rough.

From meeting up with old friends to spending time with the team, they’ll need some good time management methods to do this.

Lastly I can not forget about academics. This is a huge part to their management of time, after all they even have to get good grades to enjoy what they like playing. Some key choices they have to make will be prioritizing what is more important to manage their time. One big priority is bonding with the team. This will not only raise the team morale, but it will also increase their synergy together. Another big priority will be supporting other Penn state teams and spending time with friends.

This is huge because, when they support other teams they also get support from them. Which leads to everyone being cheerful and positive. Lastly, one of the last priorities the penn state volleyball team will have to make is focusing on academics. This is important because if they strive in academics they could face expulsion from the team.

The major consequences for all these choices will vary vastly. First off, if they do not focus on bonding with the team it can be very detrimental in general. They will not play very well together, plus their mental game will suffer. For instance, if they practiced and spent more time together they will get to know each other’s weaknesses and strengths for what they can or can not do. In addition, when playing against other teams and not having that little confidence in them it could hurt their mental game. Not having emotional intelligence in a competitive game is bad because one might feel pressured when competing at the high level of play, or (for example if you have one person with emotional intelligence, and one that does not have any emotional intelligence of course the one without any will feel pressured when competing in big games but the one that does have it will not feel as pressured because they have trained their brain to do just that).

Second off, the pro of supporting other penn state teams will be getting support back from them. This can be big because it can enhance the team’s performance, leading to playing better on the court, and lastly leading to more victories. If they do not show support they will not get other Penn state teams watching them. Which is bad because in the contrary their play will suffer, where in some cases they can be ahead by 20-30 points w support and in others without they can be behind those 20-30 pts they got while being supported by others. To finish off, the pros of focusing in school will be when people are done with sports and they retire they will have to continue a job. Obviously enough they will for sure need that education to help them succeed later in life . Another example where focusing in academics could be beneficial is if those volleyball players ever have to continue playing, if they do not have the right grades they could get face a possible kick out off the team.

I think they give valuable time to watch these other team is to network and be more involved while showing school pride and to better their social life . One would network to expand their contacts with people to potentially better their near future. This is crucial because that one person may change everything from your perspective to your beliefs and values. In addition, id believe they would also spend their time supporting the other Penn state teams to be more involved and to show school spirit. This is important because if they go watch the other penn state teams, then they will watch them play and the cycle all repeats. Lastly, they would spend their time watching these teams to improve their social life because who does not have fun watching other teams play, in the end everyone will because that is what is all about. Just spending time with friends and getting to know each other better is the goal.

There’s several ways to check the outcome of the decision to support other teams. The main ones being are seeing if you have enough time for other activities, check if the other teams show support back, and seeing if you still have good grades. For example, if you can’t do what you enjoy doing like doing your hobbies this would be a poor choice of the penn state volleyball team to continue doing. Another way to check is to see if the other teams show support back. Seeing other teams in the stand shows they are there to support you and cheer for you anytime. Last but not least checking the outcome could just be as little as seeing if you aren’t failing. For instance, if your grades are suffering then you’re clearly failing to check the outcome of the decision to support other penn state teams.

I believe my time management skills could use some work because i usually do everything last second or the day before the due date, i always feel rushed, and my grades could be better if i didn’t procrastinate. Back in 7th grade, i remember where i was in my algebra class solving all the equations, and more. Anyways, it was all going good until around the months of October through November i started getting a bit lazy and for some reason started turning in everything late, which struck me hard later in the semester. It started getting worse, every time i did an assignment i felt like i had to always finish it the time i got it because i knew i was gonna end up procrastinating if i didnt. I ended up the second and third nine weeks with high 70s in that class. From that point on i learned the big lesson to start managing my time more wisely and still from this day im still trying to develop that skill.
