Despite Hitler's fanatical beliefs and values he should be considered as one of the greatest leaders this world has ever seen. To prove this argument the following points will be analysed; Hitler was able to rebuild Germany's military forces to their former capacity, he extended German territory into Eastern Europe, he was a great economist an was able to pull Germany out of their hyperinflation and economic slump, and was able to reverse the conditions of the Treaty of Versailles.
Germany was left crippled and humiliated after World War One, their economy damaged, unemployment at record highs and income at record lows. Germany also had to deal with the embarrassment of the Treaty of Versailles. The Treaty of Versailles destabilised Germany politically, but the Germans also blamed it for economic chaos*.The Treaty forced Germany to pay reparations to the allies. The reparation bill was 6600 million Great Britain Pounds, to be paid in annual instalments, which was set in 1921*. The Germans protested that this was an intolerable strain on the economy that was already hurt from World War One, but their protests were ignored by everyone including the allies except for one man, Adolf Hitler. Hitler defied the Treaty of Versailles by overpowering the allies with his once again huge armed forces and SS, which gave Germany the strength and morale to rebuild itself to its former pre World War One greatness.
In 1920 the Nazi party along with Hitler devised a twenty-five point plan which was to make Germany as strong as it once was and to remove the flaws it had. The plan was presented at a public meeting in 1920, with over 2,000 eager participants.
