This proves that many parents do not check the ESRB ratings and might be in danger of giving the wrong game to kids.

This can be threatening to society. Even though this may sound like kids are the ones of the issue, only 31% of gamers are under the age of 18 and a full 25% are over age 50 (Entertainment Consumer’s Association).
