Essay on “Blue Lard”
The book is controversial. I doubt that there is someone who, having read it, remain indifferent. My review will also be ambiguous. 🙂
After reading the very first few pages of this book there is a desire to burn, and then thoroughly wash your hands. In order to read it to the end you need to have the courage, patience, steady mentality and a strong stomach. Very often, I had to fight the gag reflex (I’m not kidding). The book is so replete with detailed description of all the abominations that if you read more than 20 pages, you can really go crazy day. Remembered by some members of the Komsomol, it seems, “our” or “Walking Together” organized persecution (or PR :)) Sorokin demanded its ban, in particular, and because of this book. The wind was carrying the smallest pieces of the brain of Alexander on the evening the field. ” PPC p>
Sometimes I thought to myself, “Yes, he is (Sorokin) just raped my brain!” p>
But there is always a “but”. Despite it all from books sometimes come off was not possible. If we ignore for a moment of all the outrageous, that is in this book is something that causes her to read to the end. It is difficult to understand that this is either a style, or curiosity, or something else (not for nothing that it is called a genius and a “living classic”), and may I just have crazy 🙂 On the dry residue, I do not regret that I have read book. p>
