B. Do Something Good found that the total number of volunteers in Malaysia is small in comparison to the population size. For every 1,000 Malaysians, there are 7 registered volunteers. While the total number of registered volunteers in Malaysia is projected at about 135,000, it makes up less than 1% of the 20.5 million Malaysians aged above 15.
C. Why sikit sangat yg join? Adakah sebab generasi sekarang dh tk berminat utk membantu community dan lebih berminat dgn gajet gajet dan sebgainya?
Do Something Good is an online volunteering platform that connects NGOs to volunteers
Winston Churchill once said that: We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give. Our world needs an extra help and you dont need to be a superhero to help. Community service is like a vessel that everyone can use to change the world. With my own experience, I can tell that volunteering will long run time given back to you in the forms of scholarships, or even a chance to get a job
I am interested in this topic and I have done some research about it. So, I hope all of you enjoy as much as I have enjoyed preparing for this speech.

Volunteering is one of the greatest examples of how a job can pay off not with just money.
a) After graduating from a college or university, many get stuck in the situation of trying to find a job, but needing working experience, you cannot obtain working experience because no one hires you.
b) So, by having relevant work experience obtained during volunteering and specifying it in your CV can be a kickstarter for your career, because nowadays more and more employers tend to count volunteering as actual work experience.
c) Besides, volunteering is a great option to explore possible career opportunities if you are unsure what you would like be doing for living. Through various programs, you can try yourself in a number of organizations, working on different problems, and in different positions, without having to do job-hunting, and then job-hopping.
