It is facilitated through different technologies that includes Internet, World Wide Web, Web servers to help saving web pages easier, Database servers to save different data of the website, Search engines that help easier searching pages or data in a database and also Web browsers to display web pages.

I have chosen www.amazon.com an e-commerce website. And the following are the features that this site implement well:

Ubiquity: Amazon’s official website is available online and is ubiquitous. Customers can order online at any time at their home, or at workplace. This site is available everywhere so that any customer can order and purchase the products in anywhere a customer found.

Global Reach: Amazon site have great global reach not only in some countries but also around the world across the national boundaries. Amazon site is found everywhere around the world. This site saves many people in every places they are around the world.

Universal standards: Amazon site holds the strong concept of universal standards and serve every country with the same level of websites. Internet stands are same, whether a customer is ordering from any other country. Amazon’s site standard is the same in every country, globally.

Example standard in Tanzania will be the same as Amazon’s standard in United State of America.

Richness: This website is providing audios and videos which are according to the use of the brand. Amazon site includes video, audio and text messages so that user can know better about the products, know the potential importance of the products, advertising products using graphics, video, and text to show the price of a particular product.

Interactivity: This website also provides the interaction with users of the product about getting the experience. The Amazon site is interactive since it allows user interaction by picking the product that a customer want to buy. This interactivity includes placing orders, payments, cancel transactions also possible. Example ordering phones and its accessories.

Information density: Amazon company is providing dense information about their product through this website and also sharing the experience of the customers who have already availed the facility.

Personalization/Customization: This company also takes online orders from the consumers according to their desire and makes products which would satisfy the customer with high personalization. Amazon site sell the products according to the customer’s preferences. If a customer needs the product to be customized, then the site put it into consideration by seeing the comments of the customers, and finally customize the product requested.

Conclusively I would like to say that, The Amazon site is the better site since it has a good and well user interactivity so that user or any customer can interact in different ways. Among those interaction includes login into a site, making some orders, discard order, paying for a product in any time and everywhere a customer found, even at home place.

Also I would like to advice on this site that, the issue of Richness should be improved by adding some audios, text messages and video elements, that will enable customer to know how will they make orders and casual payments.
