Notice board plays an important role. Students get information about lectures, results, vocations, scholarships etc through notice board. Online notice board is a system in which admin uploads the notice. The students, teachers and other users will get notification whenever the new notice is uploaded by the admin. Users can view and download the notice. User can also post a comment if allowed by the admin. User will login first and then add a comment. Only admin has the authority to upload and delete the notice.
The proposed system aims to create a platform for issuing notice, sharing information and files between the members of the institution. The purpose of this system is to keep user up to date all the time. Sometimes students forget to check the notice board and miss some important notice. By using online system users will be able to receive real-time notifications of any and all notices posted by admin. Its time saving. Users can read notice on their cell phones and laptops, no need to go to wall and read notice there. User can download notices for letter use.
1.3 Definitions, Acronyms, and Abbreviations.
Hypertext Transfer Protocol. Its a service protocol. It evaluates message transformation, formation and action takes place by web server and browser response to perform different command.
Admin is term for administrator. He/she has full control on the whole system.
GUI is stands for graphical user interface. It is mixture of graphical and textual interaction It is way for humans to interact/understanding with computers easily and make simpler using windows structure, logos/icons, menus, boxes, and button which can be used by mouse (sometimes using keyboard as well).
2. The Overall Description
2.1 Product Perspective
The system will manage the everyday notice. The user will be up to date. It enables the user to get information quickly wherever and whenever. User can post the comment. It provides the facility to the users according to their needs. The system facilitates the admin, do all the work on computer rather than paper. Admin will upload the notice and allow the user to whom the notice will show. Admin will upload ,remove and manage the old notices. Admin control the whole system.

There are two types of persons who would interact with system.
Everyone can view notice board and read notice. Admin, students and staff members will be the main users of system.

He manages the whole system. Upload new notice, delete and make changes in old ones if required.

They can view and download the notice and can also post a comment if allowed.
2.4 General Constraints
1. GUI is only in English.
2. Log-in and password is used for the identification of users.
3. Only registered users can comment.
4. Only admin can delete or upload notices.
2.5 Assumptions and Dependencies
1. It is assumed that user always has an internet connection.
2. It is also assumed that user use only standard Web Browser such as Microsoft Edge Google-Chrome, Mozilla Firefox etc.
3. User knows the use of internet.
